Established
in 1989 by Stan and Sherri Loscko, CRS has helped a variety of commercial
and industrial electric consumers reduce the cost of electric service.
Sherri received her degree in Mathematics at the Ohio State University.
After graduation in 1980, she began her career as a rate analyst at American
Electric Power in Columbus, Ohio. Stan also attended the Ohio State
University and has a background in property management.
CRS has participated in negotiations with utilities on a variety of
issues. CRS has also provided workshops and training seminars to trade
associations and governmental entities. CRS has provided testimony in
regulatory proceedings including the recent provision of expert testimony
regarding conjunctive electric service before the Public Utilities
Commission of Ohio.
